Heart of Blonde is SoCal’s premier tribute to Blondie! Based in LA, Heart of Blonde debuted in late 2021 and is already receiving tremendous praise for their spot-on sounds of Blondie’s iconic music that revolutionized the New Wave/Punk scene. In addition, at select shows HOB adds a special Madonna tribute that has audiences raving. Heart of Blonde has performed in over 50 shows including LA, OC, San Diego, Las Vegas, Lake Havasu and the Bay Area.

Heart of Blonde features members of the critically acclaimed original bands Make Believe Friends and Lunden Reign. Mindy Milburn (who also performs as Madonna and Gwen Stefani) commands the stage on lead vocals as the punk rock Queen Debbie Harry with her uncanny resemblance and vocal abilities. The band is comprised of extremely talented group of professional musicians and includes Laura Espinoza on guitar and keys(former recording artist with Cleopatra Records and acclaimed songwriter with Lunden Reign and MBF), lead guitarist Enrique Garcia(Masters Degree in guitar performance from CSUN and guitar virtuoso), drummer Logan Miles Nix(former drummer for John5), Carlos Dominguez on bass(Music degree from USC and LAUSD orchestra/band instructor), and Michaela Metivier on backing vocals(BA in Opera/Music CSUN)

Heart of Blonde is a dynamic and entertaining act that can adapt their show to a variety of audiences by including not only the amazing hits of Blondie, but by adding other hits from the 80’s(I Love Rock & Roll and We Got the Beat for example) as well as a very special Madonna tribute in the very same show.
